Pictures are worth a thousand words, so hopefully videos are worth even more. I started the restoration in 2005 and finished almost 3 years later. I have taken it to two British car shows and won best in class at both events. What can I say, I enjoy the build more than actually driving them when they’re finished—which sounds crazy, for most, considering how much fun this one is to drive! It’s quick, handles the turns, and gets more thumbs up and waves during a drive then one could ever imagine! (Anyone that has ever owned a Bugeye knows how much they and everyone that comes in contact with them falls in love.) An expensive addiction, but my loss is your gain. I already have my eye on the next build but need to part with this one before I bring it home. It looks great and runs even better! This is not a kit—it’s the real deal. (I know…. a Bugeye kit. But you know some will email that question.) It is not considered to be in original condition due to some of the highlighted modifications listed below; however, it looks period and has a 60’s British rally theme. Everything has either been rebuilt or replaced! Almost 2,300 miles have been driven since complete restoration.
