This is one Hot Street Rod. This 53 has been completely restored every body part and molding completely removed painted with 5 coats of clear the headlights are frenched in the taillights with the chevy emblems. truck has all new screws and bolts. The wiring is brand new front to back. The bed is the wood slat bed with stainless chrome strips. The gas cap we put behind the license so we wouldn't cut bed up. The paint purple as you can see in pics with 5 coats of clear. The interior completely done with custom arm rest and storage box with cup holder, dash and all trim completely painted to match, the dash is set with VDO white face gauges.Also this street rod has a/c and heat so you can go to the car show in style. radio has amp and speakers throughout. we didn't skimp under the hood either, the truck is powered by a 350 chevy cammed up to put out about 375 hp, the transmision is a turbo 400 with a 2200 stahl convertor. the radiator is all aluminum super duty with fan, this truck doe not run hot on the hottest day. we put a chrome plate on firewall with every where else completely painted to match. slotted valve covers , chrome , billetized aluminum, or braided everywhere under hood. Holley double pumper 4 brl carb she not your hybrid gas saver. Frame is powder coatedFront end is a heidt's custom independant front suspension with power disc brakes.
