Shawn ADDITIONAL TERMS Taxes- I am a licensed dealer. As such, I am required by Ohio law to collect the appropriate sales tax. Some states have reciporical agreements. It will cost you no more money to buy from me than anywhere else. Fee's- We charge 10% of the selling price up to a maximum of $250.00 for a documentation fee which helps defray expenses such as paperwork, Federal checklists (make sure you're not a terrorist or drug dealer), etc... Federal law dictates that if we charge 1 customer this fee we must charge all customers the same fee so this is not negotiable. Deposit- We require a $500.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours of Auction close. If you come to our dealership and find any material misrepresentation, we will refund 100% of your Deposit. If you come to our dealership and do NOT find any material misrepresentation, yet still decide that you are unhappy, we will refund 1/2 of your deposit, the rest being liquidated damages.
