1984 Honda CB650SC Nighthawk. The bike has pretty high miles, but starts and runs well and it's likely typical mileage for bike made in 1984 that was ridden a lot. The bike has a new battery, LED turn signals and new tires. The clutch slave cylinder was leaking so we installed new seals along with a new clutch and clutch springs. The bike has a daytona style handlebar and new mirrors. The horn button on the left handle bar control had failed along with the horns so we replaced them with a auto horn and a napa button mounted on the handlebar. It's not quite stock, but works fine. The oil and filter was changed recently also. My son road it to school and back (30mi round trip) this past year and it was a good bike for him - easy to ride, good fuel mileage, pretty peppy engine. Naturally he wanted a bike like mom's or dad's and we happen to find a not so pretty fzr750 that suited him better (turns out not to be much faster than the 650, but it has the right looks). Also, as expected the fuel gauge and shift indicator are not working. It appears as though the LCD indicators in the speedo cluster no longer function.
