This is a 1987 Monte carlo SS with a 305 H.O. engine with overdrive transmission This car runs and drive great and is in good shape for its age. The interior is in excellent shape as seen in the pics, it is all stock except for a radio (which is aftermarket)The engine runs perfect with no knocks or shakes , no smoke , starts up on the choke as it should and levels off nicely . The transmission shifts perfect with no slips or shudders, The drivetrain is rock solid!The body on the car is in good shape as seen in pics with the exceptions with a few minor dents but nothing too bad. The paint shines well but does have scratches on it as well as some checking on both sail panels .It does however present well since it still has its factory decals.The body is free of rot with just minor surface rust stain marks (the kind a polishing will remove) but no underbody rot that i can see . The doors and quarters are solid as seen in the pics The erou nose is in great shape also. It has a new winshield that was just installed and the rear glass was removed and re -sealed. The tires are in fair - to low tread , But the facory mag alloys are near mint , just missing two centercaps.All power options work , a/c will need a charge but is all there. The engine and drivetrain is all stock . This is a unmolested SS. I have tried to describe this car to the best I can. It is NOT a show car ,(remember guys its 26 years old!) but a great piece of 80's muscle.
