This is a no reserve auction starting at $1 so bid now for a steal of a deal. Unfortunately it is time to sell my 1997 Jeep Wrangler that I have lovingly referred to as "The Heep". I bought it about 5 years ago as a fixer upper and have put about 60k miles on her in that time. She currently has 174k miles and is looking pretty beat up, perfect if you are looking for a trail project. She's got: 4.0L Engine with a hole in the engine block. This is a pretty massive coolant leak so the block will have to be replaced. It does run so it can be easily moved onto a trailer. At first I thought it was a head gasket leak so I replaced the head gasket and then realized it was a leak in the engine block. The head is in good condition. Engine actually runs great, you could JB Weld the leak and make this a farm or hunting vehicle with nothing else needed. TF999 3 speed transmission. It does't like going into reverse, takes about 30 seconds before the gear catches. 32" tires in poor condition, will not pass inspection. The top has a couple of holes in it but will keep the passengers dry. A slow leak of power steering fluid. The rear shocks are shot and need to be replaced. A little surface rust on the frame and floor board, easily fixed with a little sand paper and paint. A 2" Rubicon Express lift. Easily fits the 32" tires but would need a 1" body lift to fit 33" tires. Dana 30 front and Dana 35 rear axles, both in good condition. Let me know if you have any questions and bring all offers.
