This 2002 Cadillac Deville was purchased by us in it's current condition with New Jersey salvage repairable paperwork per water damage. The paperwork is filled out with "not actual miles" as the auction we purchased it from is not allowed to test these type vehicles to get the miles. All of our project cars are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. This car doesn't run we do have keys and the instrument cluster lit up when we charged the battery.
