I'm selling my 1976 CB400F from my personal collection with an open Nebraska Title. All the buyer needs to do is sign the title then he or she can apply for a new title. This bike runs very well and shifts up and down through all 6 gears as it should when under load from the engine. The exhaust head pipes are original and have no dents. The aftermarket muffler is also in great shape and was installed by the previous owner as part of what he called 'a light restoration'. This work included a new seat cover and coating the inside of the fuel tank to prevent rust. The carburetors were synchronized and you can tell as the bike runs very smooth at all throttle positions. The frame is in great condition as are the turn signals. Everything both mechanically and electrically works however sometimes the horn works intermittently so I assume it's a simple fix, if one so desires to do so. Also worth mentioning is that the rubber tab that fits over the rear fuel tank mount flange has torn and will need to be replaced, again this is minor as rubber pad remains in place to support the tank and the seat retains the fuel tank when in the closed position. The wheels and tires are in great shape but do show minimal signs of wear along the edges from tire changes. The original owners manual, too kit and tool tray w/lid are included. This motorcycle is being sold "as-is" with no implied or expressed warranty. As with any old motorcycle there is some patina and blemishes here & there.
