I am selling my 2007 Honda CR-V as I recently earned a company vehicle as part of my job. My good fortune is your good fortune! This car works perfectly and has been maintained at the dealership since new. I have all of the service records (in a binder, see picture) in addition to all of the original owners manuals and window sticker (see picture). The December 2012 service included, Yokohama tires, brakes, oil change, replace exhaust shield, wiper blades, filters, spark plugs, and alignment. Professionally detailed in March, like it has been every Spring since I bought it. The car has always been garage kept (see picture) and has never been parked next to another vehicle in a lot or parking garage. It has always been parked on an end spot far away from any other vehicle. It runs great and averages 25 MPH on regular gas. It has all original parts, and they all work including radio/CD/all interior and exterior lights/navigation/all electric windows/air conditioning/heater/rear defroster/voice activated system/remote lock/security system. This car has never experienced any of the following situations Never had feet touch the inside carpeting; has HONDA all weather rubber floormats since new Never been smoked in Almost never had rear seat passengers Never towed anything Never had damage to the body Never had body work Never had a pet inside Never had small children inside There are a few flaws as follows (all pictures included) Small slash in plastic bumper in front - 2.5" Small rip in drivers side arm rest - 3" Small ding over passenger side rear wheel well - 1.5" Small ding in driver side exterior door handle - 1/4" (1/2 the size of the circumference of a dime) Kelly Blue Book value is $12,755 for this model in this condition (picture attached).
