You are bidding on a very nice and rare 1974 Rickman Montesa 250. The bike is almost completely original (the handlebars, levers, tires, and chain are new). It starts easily and runs and shifts nicely. The tank is in excellent condition with only a few very small chips. The front fork seals were replaced and new vintage mx shocks from Legends Motorcycle Inc. The side panels have some scuffing, but are in very good condition. The front fender does have a crack, but is still useable. It could probably be fixed with a fiberglass repair kit. The seat will have to be recovered. The bike is missing the original air box. Presently it is fitted with a clamp-on filter that works very well. Please be sure to look at the pictures and ask questions.This is not a perfect bike, but it is a very, very nice bike. There is no title with bike, but I will provide a bill of sale. The buyer is responsible for shipping.
