Here is a great CB750 K1 for sale. I am selling it in order to buy an adventure touring motorcycle. It has 23,611 miles on the odometer and runs great. I recently rebuilt the top end with honed cylinders, new piston rings and wrist pins, valves lapped, new valve guide seals and cam tower pucks, and all other rubber o-rings in top end, and new base, head, alternator, clutch, and cam chain tensioner gaskets. I set the timing, valve clearances, and adjusted the points. This motor runs very well! The tank was recently lined with POR-15. The front caliper was recently rebuilt with new seals. Tires were replaced a few months ago with only ~200 miles since. The handlebars were replaced by the PO. I also replaced the left hand control switch assembly. The seat is original and in good shape except one small tear in left side above side cover. The bike currently has a battery charging issue. Not sure if it's the stator. I never got around to cleaning the carbs and I'm sure they could use some attention. There is moderate to extensive rust in several areas, namely the top of the fork tubes, and on exhaust header #4. There are a couple pea-sized holes in the bottom of three mufflers. All baffles are still in place. The bottom of both the points cover and alternator cover are dented. The paint on the tank and side covers is pretty faded. There is a shallow dent on the right side of the gas tank, and the left side cover is cracked (a fiberglass patch from PO did not hold up). Considering all the restorations I have seen, I hope this bike will go to someone with more patience and a larger budget for cosmetics than I have. The title is clear and in-hand.
