1931 Ford Model “A” Please read our full listing and carefully inspect all pictures before bidding or sending inquiries. Up for Auction Is this 1931 Ford Model “A” . One of the most unique Patina Vintage cars can be yours to own a piece of automotive history. Great color combination Black body and Tan interior. One only needs to sit in this car and one can imagine the thrill of the first owners and how they must have marveled at the horseless carriage. The car came with a “B” engine however it has not run for several years. Users with less than 10 feedback please contact us BEFORE bidding or else your bid may be removed. It is our goal to provide the highest quality vehicles to our customers. However, please keep in mind that when purchasing a used vehicle that most cars are not “perfect” and minor imperfections will be visible upon closer inspection. These imperfections include, but are not limited to, small scratches and dings, rock chips, small stains or tears in the carpeting, and wear on the seats. We make every attempt to accurately describe the “overall” condition of the vehicle. Please note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to verify the descriptions. Mechanical Does not run Specs Model “A” engine B series Terms of Sale We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid Retractions Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Negative Feedback Bidders We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding. Auction Winner The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Newport Beach Auto Gallery within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 2 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Payment Terms The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completes before delivery of the vehicle. Payment Methods Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. Fees and Taxes Buyers in California are required to pay all applicable taxes and licensing fees. Out of state buyers planning on driving their vehicle home from our dealership are required to pay the local sales tax. If vehicle is transported on a flatbed out of state, Califonia sales tax is not due. Please note: the customer is responsible for the car once it leaves Newport Beach Auto Gallery’s premises. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 949-642-5400 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Buyer's Inspection Please note all sales are AS-IS.
