This is a fantastic opportunity to purchase a 1967 Mustang that has never been raced out or abused. Still retaining it’s original engine and trans, this car came from the factory in Candyapple Red with Black interior. With features such as Power Steering and optional Center Console (with working shift selector lights), this is a real nice car to drive and enjoy as is, restore, or even give as a gift to someone else. LARGE - HIGH RESOLUTION PHOTOS... As you can see from the photos, this is a nice little driver quality Mustang. It runs and drives great on a #’s matching C-Code 289 2v. Engine tag still attached to intake manifold. Mileage is unknown. Engine is not rebuilt to our knowledge, but it starts and runs good as can be seen in the videos. Very reliable and stock. This car has not been raced or abused. The power steering system and braking system have been rebuilt in the past. The C4 automatic goes through the gears effortlessly both forward and reverse. No issues. Paint and body on the car is decent for a driver and it has a nice shine to it, but it is an older repaint and it was not a very expensive paint job. The car looks good, but close inspection will reveal a number of flaws such paint cracks and lacquer checking. While the car looks great in the photos, please understand that it is not perfect and it does have flaws. Pictures of the defects can be provided to interested parties by request. The chrome and trim all look to be original, straight and shiny. Not a lot of pitting or flaws. The chrome around the side windows is particularly nice. All original “pin style” letters attached to trunk and hood. The interior is clean and sanitary. The center console is in great shape and the shift selector light is still illuminated. All gauges and turn signals work. Seat belt warning light works. The emergency brake light is stuck on. Wipers work great. The upholstery is in good shape. No rips or tears. The original AM radio does not work. Nice, comfortable interior overall. Not perfect, but for a driver, pretty nice. The suspension looks to have been rebuilt, along with the steering components and braking system. The trunk has a new reproduction trunk mat, spare tire cover and hold down kit still in the package. The experience you are going to get with this car right now, is a turn key, reliable driver that looks decent and runs great. With options such as power steering and center console, it has a couple of things going for it that exceed the base model coupe. It’s very forgiving and easy to drive and with a #’s matching drivetrain and being in the original colors, it’s tough to beat this car for the price. This car has solid bones and is structurally in good shape with solid frame rails, torque boxes, shock towers, trunk floors and cowl. It does have a few small bubbles starting on the drives side rear wheel well and rust in the rear trunk drop offs. Not perfect, but it is structurally solid and it runs and drives great. This is the kind of car that you can hit the key and go just about anywhere and know that you are going to get there. With a little love this one would be a keeper.
