VIN# 6H44S103358 VIN # 6H44S103358 Decoded Below Body/ Paint: Finished in beautiful Vintage Burgundy with Black GT style side stripe, this car would be considered a nice driver. The paint quality is very good and the shine is excellent, however there are some minor flaws that will be noticed upon close inspection. This Fairlane will get the new owner tons of waves and thumbs ups and for the buyer that is looking for a nice, big block powered convertible that can be driven and enjoyed… here it is! The power top works perfectly, no rips or holes. No rust holes in the body. The frame rails and rockers are straight and solid, no evidence of accident. This is a nice, solid car that glows in the sun. All trim and bumpers are straight and in great shape. Bumpers and tail light assemblies are new. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Interior: The interior on the vehicle is in excellent condition. The upholstery, door panels, sun visors, carpet and dash pad… all restored and as nice as can be. Needs nothing but a new driver! Gauge lights and turn signals work fuel gauge does not which may only need the wiring hooked up to the gauge. A new fuel tank sending unit is in place. Speedometer works. Original radio in place, not working. Windows roll up and down, vent windows work perfectly. Doors lock and unlock with the original key. Any other questions, feel free to ask. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Engine/Transmission Factory S-Code 390ci 4v V8 engine. Unknown mileage, runs very strong. No smoke, noises or leaks. Said to have been rebuilt, but there is no documentation. Very stock with the addition of the ceramic coated long tube headers and Holley 600cfm carburetor. Factory P/S car, P/S system removed and converted to manual steering. Power steering parts to convert back will be given to the new owner. The transmission is a factory floor shift C6 automatic transmission, also said to have been rebuilt... No receipts. Very clean underside. Shifts firm, possible shift kit. Runs and drives nice. Rear end is a factory Ford 9” unknown gear ration. No howling or noises. Full length 2 ½” aluminized dual exhaust with H-Pipe. Sounds great, as can be heard in the video. Should provide years of enjoyment with continued proper care and service! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Brakes, Steering, Suspension The brake system on this beautiful car was restored top to bottom. All components look to be new including the hard lines from front to rear. Front Disc Brakes! Steering components look good and were rebuilt / replaced during restoration. The front upper control arms were replaced for performance tubular control arms by Total Control. New Performance springs, perches, ball joints and shocks as well. The wheels and tires look to be newer – Torque Thrust II style polished wheels with BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires – 235/60/15 front and rear. The look is pure muscle car. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jambs & Trunk The jambs are all finished nicely, no rust. A new factory style trunk mat is in place, no rust. Solid trunk floors and a new fuel tank is in place.
