It would be a great buy for a four-stroke lover on a budget. It's a 1987 bike so it has it's nicks in the plastics and seat but the engine runs flawlessly. It has power just like you're driving it off the dealer's lot. The plastics are in pretty good condition. With some new stickers on this bike it would really sharpen up the look. The head-light glass is broken but could easily be replaced. I have not tried to replace the bulb but I'm pretty sure that the wiring is good in the unit because the kill switch works well. The odometer is pretty cracked so that could probably use replacing if you would like to use it. The seat is in pretty good condition for it's year. There are a couple tears in it and they are covered by the black duct tape. The suspension is good. There's lots of play in the shocks so you're good to go off jumps. Everything is there for the engine and in good condition: air box, block, carb, exhaust, spark arrestor, spark plug, etc. The front wheels are in good condition. Look up the original bikes from this year, this is a the classic look for this year Suzuki dr200. The front tire is pretty good and we just put a new tube in the front. The back tire could definitely be used for a bit longer but it's pretty close to toast. The front brake lever broke off. It will need a new master cylinder because a little piece broke off of it. The lever will come with as pictured. The cable is good and the brake works (disk in the front, drum in the rear). The clutch works well and it shifts through all gears no problem. The clutch level is broken off the end. This bike is good to ride as is but with a little love it would be a collector collector bike.
