UPDATE 4/5/13 - Passed California smog, registered and ready to rock. This FJ40 has been a great companion while exploring Alta California, Baja California and Nevada. It's ready for a new home and comes chock full of extras. - Rebuilt Man a Fre 2F straight 6 with 20K miles on it- New master brake cylinder- New front discs, remanufactured calipers, new brake pads- Rebuilt parking brake and new parking brake drum- New rear output transfer shaft seal- New tie rod ends- Hard top, Soft top and bikini top- Canvas doors- Extra rear bumper- Warn winch (needs rebuilding)- Spare parts, shop manuals - Con-ferr spare tire jerry can mount- Original hydraulic jack- Hi-Lift jack The condition is good for an FJ40 this age. That said, there are some things to address. It could use a new headliner and floor mats. Eventually you'll want to replace the rear sill as well (see the updated pictures). The frame, engine, transmission and body are all going strong. I'll post engine compartment pictures next.
