It has cold air & hot heat. Runs cool does not overheat. Does not leak or smoke or have unknown smells or noises. Tires have 60-70% tread. No dents. A few dings. No rips or tears in the cloth seats but she could use a good detail. No rust. Decent paint. All of the glass and lenses appear to be intact. All the belts look good. The alloys look good all around with average tread. One is missing the center piece. This vehicle is a fresh trade from a local dealer. Comes with Spare Tire, Keyless Remote & Owner's Manual. Clean clear title. Autocheck shows no accidents. SUV has just over 136,000+ miles which is an average of about 11,000 a year. It will start, run and drive and I have driven it for about 4 1/2 hours since I got it. Mechanically, this Suburban appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 5.7 Liter V8 engine starts easily and runs smoothly. She has cold air and great heat. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. The suspension and handling on this Suburban feels tight all around. The steering and transmission is neutral & responsive. The brakes are good. The engine has good power and this SUV cruises easily down the highway. The engine keeps proper temperature and her road manners are good out on the highway. She accelerates properly and cruises nice and straight. Again, it does not smoke or leak or have strange noises. It IS NOT SALVAGE OR TMU. There are no "check engine" or warning lights on.
