This is a real 1968 Rallye Green with white stripes Z28 Camaro that was authenticated by Bruce Peoples Certified Appraiser. Mr. Peoples was also involved in writing the "Chevrolet by Numbers" book. I have done alot of work to this car already.This Camaro was never wrecked or rusted .It had been stored indoors 25+ years. The front sub frame and suspension were restored. The original 4.10 posi 12 bolt rear end was also restored.The Z-28 fast ratio steering box was rebuilt. The original floor pans were sandblasted and repainted.Still has original trunk extensions,tail light panel and rear pan.The rocker panels, doors,fenders,trunk lid and hood are 100% rust free. The car is rolling. I have the original #'s matching transmission, bell housing, intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, carb, distributor, alternator, starter, valve covers,water pump, deep groove pulleys,fan, radiator, oil pan and windage tray. Also have the correct Z-28 crankshaft that was refurbished. I also have some of the smog parts. Includes corrrect 3914678 dated block and heads.Has original rear spoiler. I have new wiring harnesses, N.O.S. trim, refurbished original trim, restored factory AM/FM radio, new dash pad. I took the car to a body shop to have full replacement quarters installed. They did a poor job and went out of business. The quarters need re-welded. This car is well worth doing, I just don't have the time. There were 235,147 Camaros built in 1968, 7,199 were Z28's.
