This is a 1960 Honda Benly CB92 Super Sport. Frame # CB92-010780 Engine # CB92E-010803 I understand that there were only 288 of these bikes sold in 1960. This is a very original unrestored bike. It is in need of a total restoration, but has most of the very hard to find parts. The left sidecover is missing the black mounting screw. Both aluminum sidecovers are in good condition. I believe the front fender has been cut down a little in front, but all of the fender stays are there. One of the seat mounts is cracked off, but is still there, so it could be easily welded. Top of the aluminum tank has a dent in it. The right muffler is the seamless type, which I understand to be the original one for this year, but the left muffler is the seamed type. The motor kicks over freely, but I have never attempted to start it. It even has the original tire pump under the gas tank which is hard to believe. This bike has the original speedometer mounted in the frame, and a tachometer mounted off of the handle bars. The buyer is responsible for pick-up.
