This corvette was purchased by the previous owner when it was 1 year old,driven for a short time then stored in a sealed storage unit untill now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was originally british racing green--painted back in the 70's mellow yellow, the paint isn't great but surely could be used ( minor scratches) The really great part is it's all original--never been hit--original bumpers--top--interior--ect ( factory staight) 327 --4 speed-- It currently has hooker headers & sidepipes on it but I have the original exaust manifolds--air cleaner--many misc. parts It was driven into the storage in perfect running condition--now i'm sure it needs a carb cleaning--fuel pump--& a few hosesOn Mar-24-13 at 16:55:33 PDT, seller added the following information: The engine is a 327-350 hp with double hump fuelie headsOn Mar-25-13 at 16:25:32 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot ,It does have power steering alsoOn Mar-28-13 at 07:35:40 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had many Questions about various items so here is my take on it after talking with the owner for 99% of it's life. This car has been in a area in ca. that is 8-10% humidity its whole life, driven daily untill the owner put it away to afford having children and the costs related, he removed it from his storage,put new gas in it,(fuel pump leaked) it was replaced (carb leaked) so he stopped not wanting to have a fire. He started it for me with starting fluid and it started right up. Obviously anything that holds fluids should be replaced to be safe and hoses & tires as well,otherwise no accidents,original bumpers, bias ply tires, original everything! I normally would have washed it,vacuumed it,detailed it, but my goal was to show it how I found it, not to mislead anybody! This car was just a driver ,not a beater , loved by it's almost original owner, not having the funds to restore it,had to sell it, (just life) a true barn find! sold as is !
