I'm the 3rd owner of this beautiful, well maintained and always garaged M3. The car has never been abused or seen track time it's entire life. I bought this car from a Hollywood movie producer that was living in Santa Barbara and he purchased it from a friend of his who was also a movie executive. This M3 has a clean CarFax and I have the complete books, 2 keys, service records and the California title on hand. The car is equipped with a 6 speed SMG transmission, OEM Navigation (rare), Harmon Kardon Sound System, cold weather package, xenon headlights and a fully powered convertible top. Since owning the car I have also added a set of Tein lowering springs to improve handling, a brand new set of Hankook tires with less than 2,000 miles on them, LED angel eyes, blacked out kidney and side grills, carbon fiber fog light covers, carbon fiber front lip and a new set of OEM M3 floor mats. The car's original color is jet black but after I purchased the car I had a protective layer added to the entire car to protect the original paint and the car is now matte pearl white. This new protective layer of matte pearl white can be easily removed and you can restore the car to its original jet black color. I also recently had the factory 19" OEM wheels refinished and now they are flawless and finished in matte black. The interior is mint with no rips or tears on the leather. The car is also pre-wired for an external cd changer, car phone and subwoofer. I really enjoy every single minute of driving this car but I've decided to purchase a M5. This M3 has never missed a single scheduled service and has been owned by responsible mature adults its entire life. Pre-purchase inspection at Bob Smith BMW (Calabasas), Century West BMW (North Hollywood) or Beverly Hills BMW welcome at buyer's expense. This is one of the best example of a well maintained, low mileage M3 convertible. I've always had a SMG equipped car in my household since 2001 so rest assure I know how to drive one properly. The launch control has never been used and this can be verified when you take the car in for pre-purchase inspection at any BMW dealership. I'd also like to add that the car has no accidents however I reported a hit and run in May of 2012. The passenger side mirror was clipped by a motorcycle on the freeway and I reported the incident to the CHP. I have since replaced the passenger side mirror. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. Just buy it and enjoy it but remember to change the oil every 3,000 miles. Happy bidding everyone and thanks for looking.
