STEERING Upgraded .50in to 1.25in from 69 Army 1.24 truck. Steering arm & box rebuilt from GM Saginaw off a 78 Suburban. REAR AXLE Dana 44 Summers Brothers one piece SAE4340 advertised to withstand 1400 ft pounds torque. DIFFERENTIAL Reider Racing Power-Lock. REAR BRAKES 11" X 2" drum from Drive Train Whse. ENGINE Custom built by SFD Engines of Dallas. 330 HP &423 foot lbs torque @3300 rpm. 355ci, 4 bolt main small block Chev, Flat top hypereutectic pistons, Total Seal moly rings. Comp Cams "off road" high torque cam. Intake lift .442 duration .288. Exhaust lift .465 duration .298. Heads are TrickFlow TwistedWedge, aluminum model TFS-31400001, 64cc chambers. 2.02/1.60 stainless steel valves CNC ports. Compression ratio 10.4. Rockers are Crane Cams Gold Race #CRN-10759-16. 1.6 ratio needle bearing. Block was magnafluxed, line bored with to rque plates, crank was turned cambered & polished. Rods are chev "pink" resized & aligned. All rotating engine assembly balanced to under .04 grams. Oil pump is Melling high volume/pressure. Water pump is electric external high volume Meziere WP316u, flows 55 GPH even at idle, Advertised enough for a 2,200hpPro Mod. Radiator is a BeCool BC"I-35001 all aluminum, 2 rows of 1 inch high capacity tubing, Advertised to cool over 600hp. Fan is a high capacity Flex-a-lite Black Magic Xtreme #180, 3300 CFM , with adjustable thermostat control. Alternator is a GM one wire 80 amp chromed. Reduction starter Summit #829000. Engine mounts and over the frame long tube headers are from Advanced Adapters. Intake manifold is an Edelbrock Proformer #2104. IGNITION distributor is a MSD pro-biller MSD-8361, MSD blaster coil MSD 6A ignition, Fuel pump Carter HD electric 100gph, Mallory CompSeries fuel filter. TRANSMISSION Muncie 4 speed M21 re-built with adapter kit from Advanced Adapters. Shifter is Hurst HHU-3917535 w/kit 3738616. Bell housing is Chev Corvette, all aluminum. Fly wheel is corvette forged steel 12'. Clutch is McLead 12" super heavy duty mcl-75123. Transfer case is a new DANA18 for a 69M38A1(1 1/8 shaft) with a Advanced Adapters #716006 tapered Timken bearing intermediate shaft upgrade kit. Transfer cans in low-low plus 4:27 differentials = 70 to 1 turnover ratio. Front and rear springs are custom made by Wever Springs of Dallas. Rancho RS5000 gas shocks. TIRES are Super Swamper TSL-SX steel radial 32X11.50-15Lt. Both drive shafts are custom made advertised to withstand 800 ft lbs torque. Power brake booster is SSBC A228136 Chrome. Parking brake is a 18 wheelers 4 wheel hydraulic line lock with slippage alarm. Rear frame mounted rack by Warrerr #FCW17187G has a 43X23 storage + gun rack+ spare tire+ jack mount+ two 5 Blitz cans, will hold 250 lbs. Front and rear bumpers custom made from 4 channel iron withfront & rear frame mounted 2 inch Class III hitch receivers. Head lights are 130 watt H4 crystal lens.
