This is my much loved and fettled T160. I'm only selling to pay Med bills and am relocating back to the UK so will be choosy about her new home. This is one to keep ride and show, not a beater but as original as most get these days.Since I bought her at 2300 miles eight years ago she has had the following work mostly completed by Wes Scott Cycles here in Fort Lauderdale.( He will reference on request.) Tank repainted by Don Hutchinson Massachusetts. New stainless brake master cylinders. Trispark electronic ignition (transforms engine performance) Uprated stator.Ray Gun Britool silencers (comes with new set of re-pro Black caps in box also.) New exhaust pipes complete. Valves checked and reground with new head gasket and cylinder head service. (this done as soonas I took delivery as the bike had not moved for 27 years....) Carbs rebuilt with new jets and floats and needles. Throttle slides were perfect. She takes a lot of tickling at start and I would change the floats again for the new AMAL upgrades if she were staying The new Avon Super Venoms I fitted on purchase will need changing soon because of some side wall crazing due to being in storage in Florida. Front forks rebuilt by Wes. New clutch rubbers. Reconditioned Starter motor and purchased Odyssey high performance battery. all new foot peg rubbers. The Trip meter is not working but the odometer is measured and accurate.Currently the choke cables are disconnected ( a normal mod for this bike) and the cable assembly is included for replacement if required.I have touched up some black paintwork as needed.All chrome and metalwork is perfect. Parts to accompany the bike: Spare new Black Cap silencers (repro) Removed original parts that made way for new including contact ignition/cables etc,.
