You are looking at a two-tone black and blue 2008 Suzuki Hayabusa 1300 GSXR with 8042 miles. Ridden well and safely. The auction also includes your choice of an used Icon helmet, jacket, and gloves. I also have an used KBC helmet that I can include if you would rather have that. I will send you pictures of these items once you have won the auction. This bike is in excellent condition; however, there are a scratches on the right side of the bike, which is why I am willing to bargain. I bought it brand new in the Fall of 2008 at my local dealer. The bike is wonderful and has so much acceleration I doubt you will ever use all of it. The braking is excellent as well. I am selling this bike because I need the money so that I can reinvest it in other things. I had been gone for two years while I lived and taught in Thailand. I will probably be traveling more so I need the money, and also I just don't have the time to give the bike the loving care it deserves. It definitely doesn't deserve to be sitting on the porch. There are scratches on three areas of the bike: the right side panel near the Japanese character for Hayabusa, the right side mirror, and the right exhaust. I have dropped the bike twice: once due to a persistent soccer-related ankle injury, and as a result, my ankle gave out under the weight of my bike. I managed to catch most of the fall with my leg. The second time was when I was approaching a friend's house late at night. I didn't notice a gigantic pothole and went straight into it. I was gently rolling to a stop while I was riding down my friend's driveway. The bike fell to the right--although I caught most of the fall with my leg. Other than these two incidents ( which I felt I must describe in detail), there is no damage and the bike runs great. I have included pictures of the bike's minor damage. Also, Suzuki certified technicians performed each indicated service at the intervals prescribed in the owner's manual. I would advise having the bike serviced before riding any long distances because I have not had the time to take it to the service center in my time back. The bike has 8042 miles.
