Hello fellow antique Honda enthusiasts. I am auctioning a 1971 CT70K0 3 speed automatic piece. I acquired it from an individual that had it stored in his basement in Georgia a number of years ago and have used it as my neighborhood rider on a regular basis since. I have a clear title, as pictured, and have never changed it into my name. The odometer now reads 1085, but I will continue to ride it a bit. As you can see, this bike has a manufacture date of 11/70 making it a 1971 model. However, the title shows it as a 1972. Obviously some sort of mistake that was made at some point during a title change. The frame and engine numbers clearly indicate the original engine is with the bike. Engine # CT70-226528, and frame is stamped CT70-226845. It does not appear to have ever been repainted and is all original. It runs perfectly and does not smoke one bit. It is cold blooded and takes a few kicks to start it when it is cold, but starts on first kick once it is warmed up. I have not spent one penny on this bike other than oil changes. The front fork has been scratched and I have a clear picture of that. The seat pan has a couple of hairline cracks that could easily be repaired. The large scratch in the middle of the seat pan is just that, and is not a crack. There is some minor pitting here and there that most likely would polish out, I am just too lazy to mess with it. The original Honda tools are still with the bike. This is a solid original that needs a good home. I will crate it and drive it up to 70 miles from Sarasota to deliver for a $200 fee. I have a couple of videos showing the bike being ridden, and revving up to show it doesn't smoke and shifts smoothly. SINCE THE RESERVE HAS NOT BEEN MET, NO HARM NO FOUL.
