1966 Honda CT

Honda CT Trail 90 in clean shape but motor is shot and needs complete rebuild. Battery leaked and did a little damage, tank has old gas, front tire is flat, the bike sat in winery for the last 20 years or so. The good news is the bike is very clean, excellent chrome, paint, seat original and in good shape except for 1inch tear on the rear (which can be fixed). A great little bike that needs restoration, a fun project for the hobbyist and creative sort! Buyer must arrange their own shipping from my Palo Alto location. This bike is not even in the DMV system.On Mar-07-13 at 17:55:10 PST, seller added the following information: Note: The center silver fabric cover fell apart and was discarded. Also I have added some additional photos, as you can see the pipe is off the bike as well as the foot pedals and chrome skidplate so I could see the condition of the motor. These items of course come with the bike, but you need to remove them for a rebuild or new motor. You can also see the acid corrosion in the battery area, it can be sanded and painted. The rest of the bike is clean. Please read all this before you bid and this bike is a project and will need restoration. Thanks!
