Up for auction is my 1992 Pontiac Firebird Formula 5.0 5-speed California Car. This has the original engine and has been Remanufactured with a better roller cam installed and has a New water Pump, New Electric Fans, New Serpentine Belt, New Distributor, New Fuel Pump, New Sway Bar Links and Bushings as well as the radiator has been replaced. The Transmission has been gone thru with new gears and Bronze bushings and it has had a Stage 2 F-1 Racing Clutch Installed with a Magnaflow exaust system. this is a WS6 car and handles very good. This car has had a New Paint Job by a professional body shop with Dupont Chroma Base Paint and Clear Coat. The exterior is almost completely flawless other than one ding under the keyhole. The Turbo Hood has no dents or dings as well as the rear spoiler is in perfect condition.This has Plexiglass T-tops. The dash pad has No cracks and the headlights go up and down and the tail lights and center section has no cracks. The car is very responsive and fast. Also there were only 1,017 Formula's made in 1992 because this was the last year for 3rd gen. I found out that there were only around 50 of these cars equipped with 5-speeds.The car goes with the factory wheels and I have won numerous trophy's with this car and is car show quality.I have owned this car for nearly 10 years now and I have over 10k invested. If you like 3rd gen cars then you'll know by looking at this one it is un molested and has been garage kept most of its life. The only thing it needs is a headliner. the headliner is still there but is starting to come apart little by little. There is a small tear in the bottom of the drivers seat on the edge where they always do. This is really my pride and joy and I love this car but I am looking to buy something else now. I know whoever owns this car next will be very satisfied with this car and will smile with the Pontiac Excitement! and this is (NOT) a Knight Rider car but would make an easy clone if someone wanted to make one. The gauge cluster interior lights do not work..Could be a relay..I have an extra gauge cluster that goes with the car so you can get the orange lights to work and the car currently has black center caps. The check engine light comes on and off due to the oxygen sensor wire is broken off the end of the sensor..That is all that is wrong with this car.The fuel pump was just changed this month and it does regulate more fuel pressure now so the car has a lot more power than it ever has since ive owned it.
