Title Information: There is a $198.50 administration fee that will be added to the final price of the auction. This will cover the cost applying and sending the title to the new buyer. If the Buyer has a car loan from a Financial Institute or Bank, then titles to vehicles may be held by these banks or lenders as collateral for loans. If payment is made by cashier's checks we will hold all titles until all funds have cleared. Shipping & Delivery: All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send the remaining balance of funds by wire transfer, or bank certified funds to Seller. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License and a copy of an insurance policy or insurance card.
