Vehicle Detail

Easy $15,000 truck selling at NO RESERVE. Awesome truck. One of a kind. Low mileage 7.3 diesel F350 4x4 that has been fully customized. A ton of money has been spent on her and she needs nothing. I have receipts in hand for over $10,000 in custom upgrades. I bought it one year and a couple thousand miles ago to maintain my property. I looked for two years for a truck like this and would love to keep it forever. But with the arrival of twin grandkids I had to get a four door. A gas truck. Boring. I know, "the things we do for love". Truck took some body damage a few years back and was bought by a Ford enthusiast/mechanic who bought it because the interior was mint and the miles were low. He replaced any damaged panels and bumpers and then spent $3,000 having the entire truck professionally shot with Linex bed liner for a cool, flat black, rat rod look. Low maintenance and no fear of scratching or rust. He put an 8' Fisher Minute Mount plow on to plow his driveway. So it has never plowed a commercial route. Title has an "R" for rebuilt. Tranny was rebuilt at a cost of $4,500 with triple clutch Billet Torque Converter, Billit Input Shaft, Heavy Duty Clutch Packs and Valve Body Upgrades. Works perfect and can handle anything you can throw at her. So strong it came with a 50k and 3 year warranty, still good till April 2013, Alloy wheels (Mickey Thompson's I believe) and near new 33" all terrain tires that work well year round. Good winter grip but not buzzy on highway, Exhaust is straight piped for a great sound, After market rear bumper with high power back up lights. Pillar gauges to keep track of engine and tranny vitals. After market stereo with amp and sub. After market rear view mirror with temp/compass, Lights have been lightly fogged to complete the blacked out look. Ugly "A" pillar mirrors replaced with sleek style, Recent bed cover that folds up. More convenient and versitile than the hard shells. K&N Air Filter/Intake System, Four position chip, Air Dog electric fuel system, Finned tranny pan for extra capacity and cooling, Finned pumpkin cover, Recent oil pan - still looks new, Negatives are few: small chip in windshield on the passenger side, dent in bed wheel well (see pic) and you get total strangers asking about what was done to make the truck look so cool! Everything works great, power windows, locks, hand held plow control, dual fuel tanks, all guages, stereo, A/C, sliding rear window with latch, lighted overdrive switch, delay wipers, cruise, lumbar control, etc. Truck mostly sits in my garage but the few times she has spent the night in the cold she fires up fine. Plugs in for the most extreme cold if needed. Body panels, bed rails and cab corners are straight and solid. Not aware of any filler, soft spots or welds. I would rate the exterior 9.5 out of 10 and the same for the interior. Glass and mirrors are clear, gauges are clear and light up nicely, no rips or stains, no wear on steering wheel. There is a small slit in the dash covered nicely by the K&N sticker. In the past year I replaced all the brakes and lines, injectors and wiring harness, ball joints and put in two new Interstate Batteries. Wanted it mint and reliable. Again, I was planning on keeping it for ever: a lifetime truck if ever there was one. Royal Purple synthetic oil was used by previous owner and I continued the tradition, Goes down the road great with no smells, stains, squeeks, vibrations or smoke. Like all older diesel she will mark her spot with a tiny bit of oil but haven't had to add any. With the upgrades she has incredible power and get decent mileage. With the over built tranny she can handle all the torque of the 7.3 diesel that feels like it is on steroids. Where else are you going to find a classic of this vintage, that doesn't have rust issues and that will pay for itself with the plow? Fly in to Manchester for a pleasurable ride home. Would be comfortable driving this truck any where. You will love it. Please contact me if you have less than 5 feedback ratings or bids will be blocked. This is a no reserve auction so please only bid if you have the funds and are serious about owning this very unique truck. Thank you.
