This is a rust free California car that has had a full restoration completed in Feb 2013. The engine is a performance freshened 1600 cc (not original to car), dual overhead cam Weber carbureted normally aspirated engine. Valves have been changed to accept lead free ethanol type fuels. The engine has (2) new high performance cams with lifters, tuned exhaust headers, carburetor has upgraded jets, and the engine has a new electronic ignition system. Car has new disc brakes, calipers and brake lines and the battery was installed in 9-2012. New radiator and thermostat. Ride height has been adjusted with IAP performance springs and shocks. Original bumpers have been re-chromed and tucked in toward the body by 2"-2.5". The car is fitted with new 15" Konig allow wheels with new 7" wide tread radial tires. Clutch and slave are new in 2012. The seats have been recovered in leather and the carpet is new. A custom burl walnut dash and face plates are CNC routed from a copy of the originals for a perfect fit. The black guage bezels have been changed and upgraded to stainless steel, not cheap plastic overlays. A new steering wheel has been installed along with custom embroidered logo floor mattes and trunk carpet. Comes with a Sony CD/Stereo with 6 x 8 rear side mounted speakers. The convertible top is new and was installed in 2-2012. Paint was done professionally in January 2012 and is top of the line. Body was completely disassembled at time of paint and was verified rust and damage free.
