This car features 65,000 original miles and is a very nice unmolested driver. Well optioned from the factory, this Mustang Sports Sprint is verified by a Marti Report which can be seen below. If you have any questions feel free to call or email us. ----- VIDEO ----- 1967 Ford Mustang Sports Sprint: As you can see from the pictures above, it’s a very tidy little Pony. Everything is in it’s proper place and the car has a real nice, complete and original feel about it. This is not a restored car, it’s a life long garaged and pampered, well preserved classic Mustang. One now older repaint, in the original Special Order color – Emberglow. A few blemishes here and there and a few touch ups. She’s not a show car, but she does look great. Most noticeable blemish is a depression on the passenger side of the hood next to the turn indicator. Most people don’t even notice. The Marti report verifies that this car has never been molested, never been hot rodded or swiped of it’s original parts. The vinyl top was recently replaced. No rust or rust repairs required. The car looks to still have all original bumpers, trim and bright work in very nice, presentable condition, which only lends to the belief that the car has never been hit or involved in a fender bender of any kind. The interior shows in excellent original condition. Original dash shows no splits or warping. Original gauges and gauge panel. All gauges work and the gauge lighting works. The original AM Radio works and pulls in signal perfectly. The dome light works when either door is opened. All windows roll up and down and all glass is in good shape, wind wings operate as they should. The car was detailed for pictures. No water leaks were apparent from the original and pliable weatherstripping… Still very serviceable. The C-code 289 engine was rebuilt before the current owner purchased the car. Driven very little since. Mileage unknown and the owner did not obtain a receipt from the previous owner for the work, however it is obvious that the motor is fresh. The oil is clean, the compression is excellent and even across all cylinders and the oil pressure is good and steady. The car runs and drives reliably and very well. A factory cast iron 4v intake was added and an Edlebrock 4v carb was added. A Pertronix Ignitor electronic ignition conversion was also added. An original Sports Sprint aircleaner is available to the winning bidder as well if he or she would like to purchase it. It is not from this car and is not owned by the owner of the car, but it can be purchased separately. The car is equipped as ordered with a 3spd manual transmission. Again, unaltered in an effort to keep with the originality of the car. Synchros in excellent condition. The rows through the gears and downshifts through the gears easily. Very forgiving for those not familiar with shifting. All in all, with the price of Classic Mustangs what they are these days and people asking for the moon for even nice looking 6cyl coupes, this fairly rare, V8 powered and mostly original ’67 Sports Sprint is a real value at the reserve price. All financial transactions must be completed within three (3) days of auctions end. If your financials are not in order, please do not bid on the item. 9). If the transaction is not completed within this given time, the buyer may risk losing all of their deposit (if one has been paid). If picking up in person, a $1,000 deposit will be required before pick up with the remainder being paid in cash at pick up unless the vehicle has been paid for in advance. After 2 weeks, storage fees may be applied at the rate of $25.00 per day unless other arrangements are agreed to in advance. 16).
