Hi, You are viewing a BEAUTIFUL 1969 343 4 Speed AMX. This car retains its original colors of Forest Green with the RARE factory Tan Leather interior (correctly recovered in new leather). The interior is mostly original and in fantastic condition. This AMX's body is super straight (yes, I know a lot of people lie about that, but not this time) and No Rust and very nice paint! All of the chrome and trim is very nice and the underbody and trunkpan is very nice as well. It still has its Factory Original HURST 4 Speed Shifter (First year for the Hurst Shifter in an AMX). This car still has a beautiful set of Original Ansen Sprint Slotted Mags that it has been wearing since the 70's! It also has an original old set of additional gauges (in nice condition) under the dash that still work. Everything works on the car, except the tach (It tries to work, I haven't looked into it.) Even the original AM radio still works! Mechanically speaking, this car is in great condition as well. Originally a 290 4-Speed car, now it has a rebuilt correct 68-69 343 that has been rebuilt and beefed-up (it runs very strong with no issues) and is even quicker than my 390 AMX with an auto. trans.! This car drives and rides very, very well and is tight and solid (not a rattle-box, by any means, like so many old muscle cars). The Flowmaster Exhaust makes it sound like a real muscle car should! The steering (yes, it is power), suspension, brakes and transmission all perform beautifully. It has even just had a fresh alignment. It is just a GREAT car to look at and a pure pleasure to drive! When I take it out for a drive or go to a car show, it gets more attention than my '68 Shelby does! Thank you and PLEASE, PLEASE Serious Offers Only!
