up for auction is a number matching 1962 impala ss, 327ci, 2 barrell, powerglide( cast iron),positraction rear. car is nearly complete but is missing a few pieces of trim and a couple things under hood. Also missing center console and dash grab bar. most of the trim and chrome that is there is in ok shape. floors and lower portion of car is rusty, various holes ect.(see pictures). Frame is solid front and the middle but the rear horns are rusted off ( rear frame section included with rear bumper, could easily be repaired) included With car is a pair of rust free front fenders ( original chevy) , also new patch panels for both rear quarters and rocker panels ($500 new). car has sat in a barn since the early 80's and does not run, will need complete restoration. i do have a clear title for the car in hand. this is a no reserve auction but the car is listed locally also so i reserve the right to end auction early. if you want the car bid early, i will not sell the car out from underneath any bidder.
