This is a 1981 Suzuki GS1100E that is stock. Has NOT been modified in any way. The paint and colored plastics are faded differently due to age. It is original paint. The tape/decal stripes have issues. They can be purchased new. All the lights work,Horn, the check panel works, even the self canceling turn signals work. I purchased the bike from someone who had it sitting in a garage for 20years. They stored it properly. The gas tank looks like new on the inside. It started right up and ran shifted and stopped as it should. They did put tires on it at some point to start a clean up to use it again but that was short lived. I have no idea how old the tires are nor do I want to guess. They do not have any dry rot or cracks. I washed the bike, put gas in it, changed the oil and started riding it. Google the 1981 GS1100E if you don't already know of its remarkable reputation. I wanted to restore it to showroom condition but the economy killed that and I won't have proper storage for the bike. I am one hour south of Daytona if you fly down for bike week. The bike is sold as is. I have rode it around town and to work. I would not ride any bike long distance without going over all systems and tires. Please don't ask me to say you can ride it to California. It probably would make it no problem but why ruin the bike or a trip because a $5 part failed that would have been changed in routine maintenance. Enjoy..... NO RESERVE
