Up for auction is a 1972 International Travelall, model 1010. This is a cool truck – it looks good, it’s comfortable, roomy, and is enjoyable to drive. The truck is two wheel drive with the 392ci engine, 4bbl Holly carburetor, automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes. It has been a daily driver since I bought it almost a year ago, and it runs, drives, and stops well. The body and interior are very clean. The prior owner installed a stereo with CD player in the dash. The back seat folds down flush with the cargo compartment to create a huge bed. All doors and windows, including the rear window crank, operate smoothly and lock. The tires are in good shape and it has a new spare. I’ll also include the manual and parts catalog with the sale. The truck has had the following improvements in the past year: Rebuilt power steering box Rebuilt power steering pump New alternator New rear view mirrors New windshield rubber New master cylinder New upper and lower control arm bushings New sway bar link bushings New shocks In the last year I’ve also completed a weld repair to the frame to address two small cracks next to the steering box and replaced a rusted out section of the floor inside the tailgate. These repairs came out great - check out the pictures. There are a couple of things left to do - the main tank fuel gauge and oil pressure gauge are not reading, and there is a slow leak at the transmission, but overall it’s a solid and dependable vehicle. I need to be able to focus my efforts on my ‘47KB so someone else will get to enjoy this great truck. Deposit of US $500 due within 48 hours of auction close.
