This is a 1971 Volvo 1800 E with fuel injection and a B20 engine. The car was originally Gold Metallic but was repainted in 2010 as part of a complete rebuild to a Metallic Blue. I have exact color codes for the buyer or interested parties. The car was covered and put into storage immediately after being painted and has never been driven or kept outdoors with the exception of photos and transport on the tow truck. The body work and paint were approximately $10,000 and the chassis itself is in pristine condition. No rust, no dings, no scratches. Literally this paint has hardly ever seen the light of day. It hasn't even had the final wet sand. The engine was in good running condition prior to the start of the rebuild, but the wiring harness and brake master cylinder need to be replaced, along with several interior upholstery pieces which were sun damaged prior to my purchasing the car. I have all chrome trim, including the grill and window trim (the trim was simply removed for paint & body). Also, my original intention was to replace the automatic transmission with an M41 manual transmission. The auto trans is still in the car, but the buyer also gets a partially rebuilt M41 manual transmission (taken from another 1971 Volvo 1800E) along with a full conversion kit. Lastly, I have several tools which I can no longer use, including an aluminum jack, jack stands, and decent array of hand tools (wrenches, torque wrench, ratchet sets, etc.). They are stored with the car and are free with the sale. I have tons of documentation, to include service manuals, owners manuals, pictures taken during disassembly, transmission rebuild guides, etc. I'm happy to answer any questions.
