2002 Lexus Is300 - 90,100 Miles The good: This is a great vehicle. It is the 3rd IS300 I have owned. These cars are virtually bullet proof. Runs absolutely great. I have taken this IS300 on multiple road trips with never a doubt in my mind. Tracks straight and has plenty of power. Everything is in working order and this vehicle has low miles for its age. Just put a brand new battery with a 3 year warranty in. Sorry for the confusion. This is a rebuilt Title. I did not know until Ebay advised me of the title history. The insurance company nor the Title agency advised me of the title. Reason for selling: Purchased a G35 no use for the IS anymore The Bad: I purchased this IS300 in the exact condition I am selling it. I have done nothing to it besides regular oil changes. It was in an accident by prior owner. Bags blew. The car was repaired and virtually unnoticeable on the outside. The reason why this car is priced so low compared to it's actual value is because it needs several repairs. The A/C has a leak in one of it's coolant lines. (Needs to be replaced) Compressor works and turns on when filled with freon. But, Freon leaks out almost immediately. (I have not had this checked out) Heater works and blows hot. The 2 front seats lower upholstery where the leather meets has come apart and needs to be restitched. I have had it quoted for $150 to fix. 3 Rims are chrome 1 rim is brushed aluminum. ( I am assuming they used the spare to replace a bent rim as there is none) The bags have been blown and not replaced. There is a tear. I had the frame checked it is tweaked in the front but the car drives perfectly straight. (Just want to disclose everything) It does however effect the tire wear on the fronts causing a camber in. (Wears the inside of the tires need to be replaced every 15k miles.) Needs rear tires. Fronts have 10,000 on them. (you be the judge) I have driven this car back and forth to Miami plenty of times and had the motor fully checked. The car runs like a top. Just needs some TLC. If you were crafty and shopped around you could have the car fully fixed for under $1,500. I just never did and drove the wheels off of it as is. This car is priced to sell. Email me with questions.
