Pictured for sale is a 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback project. The fastback is a C -code, and is fairly complete with a 289 V8 that will manually turn by hand, along with an automatic transmission that are still in the car. Many of the interior pieces are there including a nice original fold down rear seat, along with alot of the trim. The fiberglass panels next to the back seat are missing although the fiberglass vent grills that are mounted above them are included. The rear window is included but was removed prior to my acquisition. Several headlight buckets, a decent grill/ horse corral, and misc. trim are included along with misc. parking lamps and door handles. As seen in the photos this fastback deserves and will need a total restoration including extensive metal work on the floor, rear frame area and quarters. The original color is the very attractive Vintage Burgundy with a black standard interior similar to the Mustang seen in the last photo. The Mustang has a clear Indiana title from 2001, although one of the consecutive unit numbers (serial numbers) in the VIN on the title is a typo. This hasnt been a problem nor is forseen to cause concern but I wanted to include this in the interest of full disclosure. Please ask if any questions arise.
