Up for auction:NO RESERVE A pair of 1947 Chrysler Windsor /C38 Royal Windsor and C38 buisness (BOTH ARE ) 4 door suicide type . Only 1980 were produced between 1946 through 1949 making these a rare find and here you have a chance to buy 2 which both are close to 99% complete. Both had been running up till 5 years ago. There is a lot of damage to the interior upholstery but not a lot of rust or broken parts ~but that’s not to say there is nothing broken or rusted. Quite frankly it’s ugly and moldy and needs to be completely re-upholstered. Both of these cars have been sitting and need to be restored but all the parts are there. One looks like it was a little fancier then the other with a fancier grab handle for the back seat passenger to exit the car. The suicide doors open and close fine but the latches need to be worked over as all the latches probably do. The one **without** the engine compartment open would not open easily and I did not want to force it for fear of causing any damage to the hinges. I will leave that up to the buyer. The titles are free and clear and there is air in the tires. These cars need to be towed on auto trailer or hauled on a rollback truck. If you have any questions AT ALL please ask before bidding. I can not store these cars very much longer so if you need to have them stored please find another place for storage. They need to be removed asap after they have been sold. I also have these up for sale to the public so If they have no offers on ebay I have the right to cancel the auction anytime.
