Vehicle Detail

1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. We've owned this car for many years and we've had it parked since around 2005. Its equipped with a 289 2 barrell engine, automatic transmission and power steering. The car starts and runs and still shifts ok. With that said it may need the mechanicals gone over from setting for so many years - this means it may possibly need a tune up, exhaust and possibly brake work. As far as the interior - the headliner, door panels, front seats, carpet and dash pad are in good condition. The back seat looks good but has one separated spot about 4 inches long on center of the bottom seat. Back seat is non folddown. As far as exterior some of the front and back glass moldings are missing and the rubber deals are carcked. The paint has a good shine and gives a good appearance standing off from it. Up close the paint has some cracks, chips and one small dent in top of left fender and a couple of dents in the hood. The body has a few rust bubbles - it has a little small amount in the front bottom of the quarter panels behind both rear wheels. One spot on the bottom front of left quarter panel in front of the wheel and one spot in the very front bottom corner of the drivers door. (See Pictures). Front and rear bumpers look real nice and tires are around half tread. Right and left trunk floors look good but it has one small hole about the size of a penny in the trunk floor behind gas tank in front of the taillight panel. Front and rear frame rails, torque boxes and trunk drops look good. Left front floor pan has been patched. Right front floor looks to be ok but both rear pans have small holes (See Pictures). The engine compartment front and rear aprons look good but needs battery tray and has a couple of holes around the battery tray. As stated we've had this car for many years and hate to see it go but we've got to many irons in the fire and its time for this one to go to a new home. So if your in the market for a nice 1967 Fastback get this one while its available. We have a clear Tennessee Title on this car. Please look at all of the pictures and email if you have any questions before bidding. This Mustang is being sold As Is with no guarantee. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this car.
