I am selling my 1986 Porsche 911/930 Turbo to the highest bidder. This is a beautiful dream car that I picked up a little over a year ago and now I am reluctantly letting it go. Life's changes have caused me to sell and for no other reason - I really love this ride and I have put a bit into it to make sure it was improved upon and maintained properly... CONDITION The car runs great. The turbo functions perfectly, it starts right up with no problems and this baby will move out in a hurry when you tell it to! This is a true driving machine, unlike cars today you actually have to drive this car. For those who really like a machine they have control of you will appreciate the lack of power steering, electonic clutches, brakes, etc. It seems the only thing electric on this car is the windows and seats, which work great by the way... I replaced pretty much all of the rubber in the engine - hoses, gaskets and I also rebuilt the transmission and replaced the seals around the doors and sunroof to ensure no leakage occurs. None of the leather is ripped or torn; however, in the steering wheel there are scratches and the seats have some spots where the dye has worn, but it is still a great interior as you can tell from the pictures. If you are interested I have also taken some video of me starting the car and I have done a walk around, which I can send to you in an email if not restricted by size. Also, I am willing to conduct facetime or skype to show an interested party more of the car. Some other points: the paint looks great and polishes fairly well, however, there are chips from sand, etc - this paint is 26+ years old and up close it will show it's age, but from a few feet away those blemishes all go away. The AC works just fine, but the heat does not - the air blows but it does not heat. I think it may be a thermostat issue or heating element, but I am not a mechanic (all work performed on the car since I have owned it was by the Porsche dealership). I replaced the radio and front speakers, but I also kept the originals, which will also come with the car upon sale. They do work, but do not sound very good. The only other thing that does not work that I am aware of is the windshield washer - I believe this to be a pump issue, I just never got it fixed, but the wipers work just fine. FEATURES - 3.2 liter, TURBO engine that puts out nearly 300 horsepower and feels great as you step on the pedal. - electric windows and locks, which function by inserting the key, not remotely- Black leather interior with black exterior paint- tires are still in very good condition- electric multi-position seats- comes with Porsche car cover specific to this model- new panasonic radio with CD player and blue tooth- new kicker front speakers - no modifications were made to the car in putting in the radio or speakers HISTORY I believe I am the third actual owner of this car, I am not including the dealer I bought it from. When I bought it the dealer had just received it as a trade in and I picked it up before they even had a chance to put it up for sale. I have some historical documents from the previous owners that I will include. I have only personally put about 2000 miles on it. I drive it mainly on weekends and when I know I am going to a place that I don't have to worry about anything happening to it. I did do a carfax report on it when I bought it, but I don't have a copy anymore. If there is something more you would like to know about it, then let me know I will try to answer as honestly and accurately as I can. After all, I want you to know what you are getting. SHIPPING AND PAYMENT I must receive payment in full within 7 days, or I will assume the sale has been rescinded and is no longer valid and then I will put it up for auction again in addition the $500 will not be refunded and will be kept as reliance damages for breach of contract. ALL shipping charges, fees, and arrangements must be made by the buyer. The only thing I am willing to do is drive it within 20 miles of my location to a shipper if need be. I will turn over title upon full payment, whether in person or through the mail/shipper.
