Vehicle Detail
1990 Landcruiser 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ62 Series for Sale by Private Seller. Color: White VIN #: Mileage: 244,000 What we have here is a very nice, unaccosted, unadulterated original condition FJ 62 Landcruiser . This truck is in excellent running condition and was recently serviced , tuned and new front pads and rotors installed. I found this Landcruiser at a service / repair shop when it was for sale and a friend said I should go check it out. The story was that the original owner ( who was an enthusiast ) had left it with the repair shop to sell because he had to move back to Japan unexpectedly and couldn’t take it with him. Apparently the shop had been regularly servicing the trunk for some years and that’s why he left it with them to sell. My thinking was that I would modify it for more aggressive off roading. I fixed a few little things ( pwr door locks/ rear window washer/ front rotors and pads ect! ) and in doing so came across other Cruiser forum enthusiasts friends who convinced me that the truck was so original and in such nice shape that hacking on it would just be a wrong thing to do. So I am hoping that someone who can appreciate this vehicle will pick it up and I will move on to something else. I have a clean Pink Slip in hand and tags are good till the end of the year. Here are the details : A/C ( blows cold), Pwr windows ( all work) , pwr door locks ( all work) all standard issue accessories are working. Drive train is strong with lots of torque and I am told that it looks like the transmission and transfer unit were recently / probably rebuilt (because it shows very clean compared to the rest of the under carriage). The chassis is tight and clean with no rust. It does NOT have the original sound system but it does have a nice CD player. The interior in in very good shape with the exception of some wear on the side of the drivers seat (see pics). The tires are not in great shape and the buyer should plan on replacing them soon. The plaint is in good/ shiny condition with the occasional scratch and door ding as would be expected for a 23 year old truck. Please note: the rear passengers door has a dent that is hard to see in the pictures, I don’t know if it can popped out or not I haven’t tried. I have taken a lot of pictures so please check them out and call with any questions.
