Wonderful 1968 one Lady Owner Mustang Fastback First time on the Market since the car was sold to it's original owner back in 1968. A simply incredible find, it is nice to know that, even now, there are cars such as these to be discovered.This is a one Lady owner original San Jose California delivered car, sold new on June 28th 1968. The car is as it left the Ford Plant, fitted with Factory 289 engine, C4 transmission and the luxury of power brakes and power steering and a fully serviced and functional air conditioning.All Factory options on this car, including center console and folding inner door handles.Finished in Turquoise with a two tone Aqua interior the car is simply gorgeous.The car was in regular use until 2007, when it was stored in a plane hangar in Reno, where the car has been registered from new for Tax purposes, however the car still retains it's original Pink slip and record of the ORIGINAL black plates issued, see pic.The car has just had over $ 4k spent on mechanical recommissioning, brakes, exhaust and including all new hoses for the a/c.The best thing of all is that it is all original, having never been messed with over the years. So all parts are Factory, as are all the original body panels and quarters. No rattle can jobs or fix it quick sale ready tricks here.What you see it what you get, an all honest and incredibly wonderful Mustang, and everything works on the car.The original and only owner was a Stewardess for TWA based out of San Diego, as evidenced by the period parking permit,I have been following these cars for almost a year now, and you they just don't seem to exist, and I have not seen any which are as original, clean and honest as this car.Interior is all original, and is excellent throughout, other than the driver's seat that has a some tear on it, and a new Factory set of two tone Aqua car front seat covers are included in the sale.Everything on the car, down to the original hubcaps, appears to be original and unmolested, this is a true find.Miles are only 110K and the car runs, drives and feels like new.A very rare opportunity to own and enjoy an all original car.here is the fotofile which includes 130 hi def pictures of the car, cut and paste if link does not work: http://1968mustangfastback1ladyowner.shutterfly.com/ I am not a mustang expert so please no Model specific questions, there is sufficient information on the web, the car is 100% rust free and to my knowledge all original, drives superbly, and I have not seen a better original unrestored car.There are thousands of "restored" 1968 Mustangs around, but probably only a few hundred in this Time warp condition, you cannot duplicate the originality of this car at any price.
