Here it is, rusty but trusty ole Toyota 4X4 FJ40 from 1978. This 4X4 is a running driving rig but has not been on the road for several years now. It will start and run great and the drivetrain all seems to be in working order but I would recomend trailering it away as it's sat quite a while and will need some going over before being put on the road. Has had a recent water pump and new header installed recently. The interior is pretty good and the driveline is great but other than that it's rusty. The frame does look good from what we can see without turning it inside out. Look at the pictures and ask all the questions. Bruce at 218-829-7131 or Doug at 218-821-4394 any time. There are some parts books and pretty cool informational catalogs on these FJs. This Toyota is for sale locally as well so the auction could end any time if the right offer comes along. I see you can get full tubs and a ton of resto parts for these for not a lot of money. Easy restoration, lights, guages, engine, tranny and driveline work good. Dont let it get away. We restore muscle cars and this would be a breeze compared to them. We can help with delivery or meet somewhere, whatever. Hope to get this FJ in the right hands and see it back on the road.
