I have a '68 Porsche 912 that I've been restoring over the past couple years. It's in good shape but still needs some work. Car has a relatively new paint job on it, done by previous owner. Original color was Ruby Red but is now Silver and in very good shape. Interior is in amazing shape. I've had new headliner professionally installed, all the gauges professional restored by Palo Alto Speedometers, refinished the bat wing steering wheel and dashboard. Seats are all original and the rubber floor mats. Weatherstripping around the windows is all new including back quarter panel windows and the brakes have been rebuilt. I've also redone all the electical so everything from the horn, to the turn signals to the interior dome lights are in perfect running order. The car has a broken torsion tube that requires repair before it is drivable. It is split in the middle and I've attached a photo of it. The floor pans are solid although there are a couple holes I put on them putting the car on the trailer one time. The rocker panels were rusted out by new pieces put in but not of the highest quality. Finally the engine in the car is a perfectly running VW Type 1 engine, but included with the car is a 100% complete '67 motor including all the tin work. I've completely disassembled the motor, had it professionally cleaned and measured. One of the pistons is shot and needs to be replaced before the engine can be reassembled.
