The Honda ATC 250R was only produced from 1981 to 1986, which makes them highly collectable. An agreement with the Consumer Product Safety Commission forced Honda to cease production following the 1986 model year. This near-mint example of a 1982 Honda ATC 250R was purchased by the original owner at River Oaks Honda in Lansing, Illinois. I acquired it from the original owner in trade for work, which is why I am selling it. This 1982 Honda ATC 250R is very clean and has not been restored. It runs and rides like brand new. The paint and plastics are all in excellent shape and it has brand new tires installed. There is an aftermarket cylinder head that was installed in 1983. The original cylinder head is included along with extra tires. There is a small dent on the gas tank and some surface rust on the rims. Similar Honda ATC 250Rs have sold for over $5,000. This ATC 250R is being offered for $3,000 o.b.o. This is a great price for such a fun and unique conversation piece. No title or certificate of origin. Bill of sale will be provided to purchaser.
