This is a very trick and unique completely race ready RMZ450 that was built by former factory supercross and motocross mechanic Scotty Hanes of Performance Factory ( performancefactorymx.com ) It was built mainly for promotional purposes for the business. We originally purchased the bike with about 30 hours on it, then completely tore it down and rebuilt it from the ground up with all new parts. Every part of this bike has been hand cleaned and massaged to better than new condition. The engine was completely torn down and mods were performed to the shifting mechanism to make the bike shift much smoother than stock. Every part was inspected and replaced if there were any signs of wear. The normal wear items such as the clutch, piston, rings, pin, timing chain, etc were all replaced with brand new OEM parts. The chassis was also completely rebuilt with all new steering head bearings, swing arm and linkage bearings as well as wheel bearings and seals, as well as all the suspension was torn down and rebuilt with all new springs, bushings, seals, etc. It is currently set for a 240 lb motocross rider, but we will include setting this suspension up for the new owner at no additional charge with the buy it now option! Aluminum drilled washers Ceramic coated right hand case cover ( notice in pics the black coated cover behind the Hinson clutch cover ) UFO Skid plate All new plastics ( will also come with a set of number plates that have the factory team matching backgrounds with no numbers ) New OEM radiator mud guards New OEM chain guide and chain buffer Team Yoshimura Suzuki graphics kit Maxima brake fluids, engine oils and suspension fluids. Bike will also come with the full stock exhaust, owners manual, fuel injection mapping couplers, and a clear Texas title. We build many bikes like this for customers of ours every year. To build a new bike like this would easily cost around $15,000 + with all the accessories and services that are included with this bike. This bike is better than a brand new bike and is fully race prepped and race ready! The buyer of this unit will be responsible for arranging pickup of shipping. I do not have a crate to ship this in, so please keep that in mind when arranging shipping. If you have intentions of having it shipped, please make sure that the shipper can come pick it up at my shop. The winning bidder must make a $500 deposit through PAY PAL within 48 hours after the sale has come to an end. The remaining funds must be made either through a bank transfer, cashiers check or cash in person within 7 days after the end of the auction.
