Vehicle Detail
2002 Honda Shadow 750 custom Here we have a like new custom Honda 750 for sale with only 12k miles. This bike has been totally customized from the ground up. This is a true one of a kind custom machine. The bike was modified and customized with the intent to be driven as a bar hopper (short distances) and to be a show off piece at local bike shows and events. The specifics on the bike are as follows:*Raked frame for a true pro street aggressive look. *Rear end was reworked by integrating a custom internal (unseen) billet aluminum hard tail strut which gives the bike a really low sleek custom look. *Wheels are custom chrome billet aluminum wheels with Avon venom tires. The bikes axles were machined to accept the custom Harley Davidson spec wheels. “You will not see these on any other Honda rolling on your block”. Front spiked brake rotor is also a custom piece specifically made for this bike. Front stock brake caliper was retained for this bike with an addition of a stainless steel braided and Teflon coated brake hose. *Chopper style chrome billet aluminum head light. This adds a nice touch to the polished out fork legs up front. *Custom front fender adds an aggressive look to the front end with its pointed front apex and side skirt. Rear fender was also custom fit and modified for this build. *The entire bike was fully shaved of all unnecessary bulky accessory brackets, tabs, etc. *The stock Honda tank was stretched at the seat area which creates a nice contour that flows into the seat. Tank seams were all rolled and tucked under the tank for a seamless look and a billet pop up gas cap was welded in for a flush finish. The seat is a custom one off which is covered in faux alligator hide that fits nicely between the stretched gas tank and rear fender. *Chrome billet rear license plate holder with integrated diamond shaped led tail light. The tail light mounts directly to the rear axle for a sleek look. *Fatty chrome t-bar style handlebars up front with all switches removed and relocated. This gives the front of the bike a clean minimalist look I was after. Billet spiked hand grips finish off the handlebar area. *All switches have been relocated from the handlebar area to under the faux chrome oil tank. The faux oil tank houses a chrome skull with eyes that light up red and also house a pair of very small led blinkers. These LED blinkers are very bright when in use and unnoticeable with not in use. *The rear brake assembly has been removed which gives an open super clean look at the custom rear wheel. The front brake provides adequate braking power for the cruising speeds around town. The bike is setup for a more cruising around town versus the long distance interstate highway use; this is only due to the low hard tail rear end and rear brake removal. *The hidden switches under the faux oil tank include the ignition switch, starter switch and blinker switch. (very minimalist) *The pipes are stock pipes which were cut down and modified to give a really deep aggressive tone that calls your attention. The bike took many hours of labor to complete but the results were well worth all the effort. In the end what we have is very sleek, good looking custom with the reliability of a Honda motor.
