Just in time for a Christmas, up for auction is a very nice 1961 Studebaker Lark Cruiser. It is a four door with auto transmission. It starts right up and runs great. There are a couple of issues with the car. The car pulls very hard to the left when braking. The generator makes noise sometimes that I'm sure is a bearing in the generator. The seats have newer covers over them but the orginal seat fabric and carpet are still there. The previous owner did place mothballs in the car so there is still a mothball smell. This has not been restored but has been painted in the past. The exterior is in very good shape but has some dents and scrapes. It appears to have been hit in the rear and repaired but not very well. This you can see in the pictures. It has a scrape on the drivers front fender. This car was donated to a local children's home and is being sold for them. I know nothing about the car and am only listing it for them. I am listing as many pictures as I can but i can take more and list or email. Again, I know nothing about it. It is being sold as is and would encourage anyone interested to come and look at it. I have tried to take pictures of any problems but can not guarentee that I have covered everything. I have driven the car and it's just a cool old car. Fun to drive and it turns heads.
