1996 Acura NSX-T ***NO RESERVE AUCTION*** 1996 Acura NSX Targa Formula Red on Tan Leather Birchwood Honda is selling this 4 owner Acura NSX unreserved. Vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder. Car originates out of Boston and was imported into Canada April 2012. Canadian duty and taxes have been paid on this car as well as RIV completed and insurable in Canada. Vehicle is sold with a clean and clear Manitoba title. Carfax and Carproof available, both showing clean history throughout the cars life. Most modifications done to the car were done by the 3rd owner, which put the majority of the mileage on the car as well. Timing belt and water pump were done by 3rd owner around 110k miles. Low mileage has been put on the vehicle in the last 4 years, only about 4500 miles. Vehicle has been garaged parked most of its life and paint shines really well. This NSX is perfect for the enthusiast that can put some tlc into the car to bring it up to show car quality. Front end converion already done. Car is solid mechanically and drives straight and performs well. All weather seals are in good shape with no leaks as well as all rubber hoses are in good shape with no dried out hoses. Only front clip and drivers door have been repainted, all other panels are all original paint and shine very good. Front clip could use a block and re paint to bring it up to looking as good as the rest of the car, as seen in the photos. Vehicle has no dents or door dings, has very straight body lines. Some maintenance items that will need to be done to bring vehicle up to certified standards are as follows: Climate control unit works intermitantly on high fan setting. Needs rebuild from Science of Speed $225usd Driver window slow to go up, common NSX flaw EPS power steering works fine once warm, but doesnt work on cold start up, especially since the weather has got colder. Steering rack is 100% good and drives like a manual rack 91 NSX when EPS light is on Front bumper has some rash on the lower lip. Would recommend replacing bumper anyways, as this bumper is more suited to fast and the furious 2 era of time and doesnt look very classy on this NSX. AN OEM or downforce bumper would make this car look like an original 02+ NSX Rear brake pads are due for replacement. Front pads and all 4 rotors in good shape. No head unit for the stereo. Carbon fiber centre console with double din insert could use replacement too. Install a double din navi head unit and problem solvedfor a few hundred dollars No Catalytic converters. Doesnt pass inspection in some provinces or usa states. Sounds great and helps with global warming, not good by some people's standards Vehicle will be sold 7 days, no reserve.
